Saghravan (Persian: ساغروان, also Romanized as Sāghravān and Sāghravan; also known as Qarvān and Sāqravān)^[3] is a village in Miyan Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Mashhad County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,312 in 519 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,565 people in 918 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,455 people in 1,175 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
