User:Toadspike

Hello! I am requesting AfC review access because I would like to review new articles and help new editors. I currently have 925 live edits on the English Wikipedia, have passed an article (Anna Pestalozzi-Schulthess) through AfC, and have read over the reviewing instructions. I have a basic understanding of AfD and notability, enough to be able to contribute to AfC. Toadspike (talk) 18:21, 3 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now. While I appreciate the enthusiasm, there just isn't the level of editing in the areas where we want to see experience (in particular, deletion-related areas) for me to feel comfortable with your knowledge of our notability criteria. Primefac (talk) 18:31, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:Mysterious Whisper

I applaud those AfC reviewers who've been gradually getting the backlog of pending AfC submissions under control over the last few weeks. However, there's still a 2-month wait, on average, to even get feedback on a draft. I've been able to spend more time editing Wikipedia lately, and I'd like to help tackle this backlog. I've reviewed the instructions. I have thousands of edits going back to 2012, a majority of them in article space, and the articles I've created, as well as this DRV, and the few AfDs I've participated in, show I have a working knowledge of notability guidelines and deletion policies. Mysterious Whisper (talk) 18:41, 3 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm requesting AFC rights because I believe this might help me succeed in becoming a New Page reviewer. I have created 24 articles, with only one being deleted and (If I'm not mistaken) all of them have been reviewed. Pichemist (talk) 20:09, 4 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Primefac (talk) 18:31, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Primefac I see, may you elaborate on your statement regarding deletion-related areas? I don't think I follow. Signed, Pichemist ( Contribs | Talk ) 18:59, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
To give a slightly long-winded answer, there are the "hard" criteria (edit counts, time) and the more subjective criteria (knowledge of the notability guideliens etc). There has been a shift in the opinions of those in the project recently that we need to put more focus on the latter for new applicants, specifically in the areas of article deletion; it's one thing to create good content (which you clearly have done) but it's another to recognise content that isn't up to Wikipedia's standards (and additionally, how to improve them if possible). This latter group is best demonstrated by participation at AFD and by WP:CSD experience; being able to properly identify pages that need to be speedy deleted, or correctly weigh the merits of a page at AFD, will give a better indication of how well you will be able to assess the drafts you will be reviewing.
In other words, I think you have a good head on your shoulders, but a little more experience would be largely beneficial. (and for the record, I'm not saying you have to drop everything and smash through 100 AFDs by next month or anything, just pop over and see how things work) Primefac (talk) 20:08, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ah I see know, thanks alot for your time and suggestions. Signed, Pichemist ( Contribs | Talk ) 20:12, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:Annie Kingdom

I'm interested in becoming an AFC reviewer. I frequently go through junks on New Page Feed, tag as well as in draftspace here. I have a good handle on our deletion policies & what constitutes notability/reliable sources. I also know how imperative WP:RS is, I understand the strong WP:PILLARS of Wikipedia. Currently I have created some articles with no issues so far and believe I can do more to help reduce backlog. If granted i intend to start from the oldest pages to see if i can trim it down. Thanks in advance. Annie Kingdom (talk) 16:19, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Not done. Almost all of your edits are repetitive gnoming, after which you jumped into patrolling a few days ago, which leaves me little to assess; I would like to see a more meaningful track record before granting this right. Please consider re-applying in a few months. --Blablubbs (talk) 18:56, 8 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:Chumpih

I put forward my name about a month ago, but the response was a query regarding deletion experience. Well, in the past month I've been involved in such areas, so there should be some form with which to rate now.
Regarding Creation, I might be able to help out a little. I've created a few articles myself, including Marc Canham (composer), George Kent Ltd and Jimmy Jewell (saxophonist) along with associated work to tidy inbound links and disambiguations, so I'm familiar with the review process from the receiving end. I'm familiar with WP:NOTE and have not pursued page creation for articles of dubious notability. Perhaps mostly, I would like to think I have the sensibilities to duck out and leave things to more experienced editors where appropriate, including making notifications and requests to them. I would like to help reduce the backlog by declining submissions with no notability or citations and approving those that meet the criteria. I believe I meet the requirements, give or take 10 or so edits. I have around 20 or so CSD tags, I also have over 1,000 total edits with around 510 in mainspace and focus on Anti-Vandalism and maintenance and always wish the backlog was smaller. I believe I have sufficient experience with the policies and guidelines. Thank you for reviewing my request, Zippybonzo (talk) 19:38, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now; you have a handful of successful G11s, but 75% of your contributions are just reverting folks and there is no AFD participation. Primefac (talk) 15:38, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:A. C. Santacruz

I'd like to help clear out the backlog. While I haven't been involved with many new article creations (only created Battle of Mayals and 2020–2022 Chinese property sector crisis), I do a lot of GAN reviews and recently started doing FA reviews and Peer reviews as well, so I feel I have a strong understanding of content PAGs. I'm not particularly versed in WP:NSPORT so would steer clear from those types of articles, but am confident in my understanding of the other SNGs. A. C. I am looking to help out with the infamous AfC backlog (no offence to the AfC reviewers), and thereby broaden my Wikihorizons a bit. I have a good understanding of the core content policies, and have read and understand the reviewing instructions. I started out with little to no experience of deletion, made a bunch of embarrassing mistakes (the first parts of my PROD and CSD logs make me groan), but have quickly obtained a solid grasp of the deletion policy, the whole CSD thingy, and my idea of what belongs is now much closer to what actually does. Please feel free to raise any further queries below, I'll keep an eye out here and respond as soon as possible. Mako001 (C)  (T)  13:42, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm nervous of making this request and think I'm probably too low on experience: but the AfC backlog is a big frustration and I'd like to help if I can (it's not fair to grumble without being willing to do anything). I've created a couple of articles (one got merged into a similarly-named item), but not hugely experienced there; I've also taken part in quite a few AfD debates, but my record may look a bit rubbish as I've got some really embarrassing ones from when I first started out, and tend not to take part in the obvious rubber-stamp keeps and deletes. Happy to help if I can, probably mostly concentrating on UK and science/tech areas, with occasional forays into Germany and early/classical music. •  Not done. This is partially because your AfD record seems to be mostly late votes echoing what previous ones have said (with not in-depth rationales that would enable me to assess your knowledge of deletion policy), partially because of the absence of at least some speedy deletion experience, and partially because of the fact that your edit count is artificially inflated because you spread out minor copy-edits across multiple tiny contributions. So, I requested access sometime in January, and now, I have a significantly better understanding of the citation quality guidelines, the notability guideline and the BLP guideline - most of which comes from anti-vandalism work - however, I would like to try to clear the (4000ish) AfC backlog, because there is a ton of content in there, some of which needs declining as it is promotional, some of them need high quality citations (e.g a reputable news source), some of them are good and need accepting but are waiting for the backlog to clear. I am requesting afc helper script rights because I would like to help and review the drafts, that focuses on entertainment, blp. Whenever I came across such articles or drafts I tried to fix them. I believe I have some amount of experience which will help me in dealing with the notability guidelines as my creation are tagged for deletion for which editor, reviewer and even admins has provided me warning, suggestions, guidance. Last year, I was block for copyvio, you can check my talk since then I always try to make myself reminded that I won't repeat the mistake for which I am blocked. And most important thing I have learned from them. So, for me one month probation is enough to learn and show my postive contribution in the field and to help with backlog. @PerryPerryD: Primefac's decline is entirely appropriate. WP:AFC/P states that AfC reviewers must have: [...] a minimum of 500 undeleted edits to articles (this is not the same as total number of edits). (emphasis mine). By my count, you have 203 as of today. --Blablubbs (talk) 20:30, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I did not see that last part, I thought it meant 500 minimum total contributions to wikipedia PerryPerryD Talk To Me 20:39, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PerryPerryD that of itself is of concern - the AfC criteria are moderately dense, not the worst on wikipedia by any means but far, far more detailed than the criteria for applying. If you couldn't understand these, I would want to see you have significantly more experience before considering you as an AfC reviewer. Nosebagbear (talk) 21:04, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm interested in participating in the AfC process and helping new editors with the basics of Wikipedia editing. I'm fairly certain that I meet the minimum criteria. I'm okay with being on the probationary list if nessecary. I have also asked Chetsford to remove my autopatrolled userright because I'm under the impression that would prevent drafts that I accept from being seen by new page patrollers and I would appreciate a second pair of eyes to make sure I'm not making mistakes. In general, I feel like I have a decent understanding of notability. My NPP school page is the best example of this, even I'm still shaky on certain aspects (e.g. lists). I promise to be careful when reviewing and I'm aware that the process is different from NPP (even if I haven't started contributing there either yet). I have read the Reviewing instructions page. Clovermoss (talk) 19:44, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

My autopatrolled userright has been removed, so my concern about a second pair of eyes not seeing any drafts that I accept through AfC is no longer an issue. Clovermoss (talk) 13:33, 17 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Done I have looked at your contributions, including taking an article to good article status, so I am confident with your understanding of policies. Regarding list articles, I've closed more of a few of these as "no consensus" at AfD, so I think being shaky on whether an individual one is notable or not is actually quite understandable.  Not done; the notability guidelines have changed quite significantly since then, and you seem to have only ~50 edits since your return. I'd like to see a little bit more activity before re-applying. Primefac (talk) 17:06, 19 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I meet the minimum requirements for being an AFC reviewer. I have created quite a few articles on Bengali TV shows, and have developed a few more. Most of them are draft to article developments. I regularly patrol new pages (though I am not a new page reviewer) and make necessary changes. Now I also want to help out as an AFC reviewer. There is always a huge backlog of article that are submitted for review. Every time there is a minimum backlog of 2500 or more articles. Especially, there is almost no AFC reviewer to review Bengali TV or film related articles. They stay in submitted status for months after months. I would like to help in clearing the backlog, especially of articles that are related to Bengali television and biographies of people who are related to Bengali TV and film industry. Being a Bengali and an Indian, I think I would be able to determine notability and verifiability better than any other AFC reviewer. Therefore I am requesting AFC helper script rights so that I can help the community as much as I can. Thanks for reviewing my request. Regards, Itcouldbepossible Talk 14:39, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Primefac for reviewing my request. It is said 3-6 months, so it is no fixed time right? Can you just tell me what will I do after 3-6 months? Will I have to reapply? Itcouldbepossible Talk 06:31, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've been thinking about how to extend my involvement in the project - having added some Pending Changes work (>1.8k cases) - and Afc and NPP are options; I'd like to start with Afc. I've several years' experience (33k edits over 20k pages), have created a range of articles (~50), participated in a modest number of AfD discussions, and reviewed and rated thousands of articles, improving a considerable number along the way. I hope I can also contribute in this area, encouraging more editors to add to the encyclopedia, and helping filter out unready pieces. I was granted the New page patrol user right for a one-month trial but I did not gain access to the helper script. Did I miss something? Szmenderowiecki (talk) 13:38, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Hello! As far as I know Szmenderowiecki, WP:NPR is different from WP:AFCR. What you have got is the new page patroller rights. But AFC reviewer rights are totally different. NPR is for patrolling new pages and fixing errors and detect many other issues in new pages, while WP:AFCR is for reviewing draft submissions. This is for those who want to help out in reviewing drafts, that is either accepting it or declining it. You get access to the helper script if you are an AFC reviewer, not by becoming a NPR. I think you have mixed the two concepts, but could I help you a bit? Itcouldbepossible Talk 14:19, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Well, in that case I would like to gain access to the helper script. I have already done reviews of some drafts, but manually typing things and remembering the syntax of the templates is a bit tedious, and basically I can only decline at this stage, as I don't see the instructions to manually accept. I have not used the NPP tools too much yet, I've more been focused on the drafts, which also appear in my feed. Szmenderowiecki (talk) 14:25, 20 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

With humbly over 185 Wikipedia articles across several topics, I am currently a Wikipedian in Residence at the Africa Narrative. As an undergraduate about 5 years ago, I started the Wikimedia Fan Club, University of Ilorin which has gone on to incubate tens of active editors on several language Wikipedias and Wikimedia projects.

I would love to help decongest the backlog of articles pending review in order to encourage and advise new editors. I believe draft creation is very tedious, often driven by the wrong cause, and mostly driven by good-faith editors and I would be glad to advise editors where wrong and approve where appropriate.

With this comes a great responsibility that I will be privileged to if granted. Danidamiobi (talk) 16:06, 24 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I am an NPR, and while I mostly review DABs and redirects, I also started doing articles, recently particularly after the drive started. I am also one of the actove reviewers at AFCRC, and you can see my reviews, as I have used the tool for them. As you can tell from my wikiactivity, I jump around a bit between what I do, and this is similar (but slightly different) to reviewing, and I've been looking for another region to stretch into. So if you would like to check my reviews and activity, I would like to apply for probation with AFC.
As for the requirements - 1&2   3-   I have read and understand (especially how it is different than NPR) 4- I believe that as an NPR this is  Good. 5- my logs are in my userspace - I will note ahead of time my this month on csd has a lot of blue links - one was a legitimate should not have been CSD'd one was ineligible, but I couldn't have known as I'm not an admin, one was a G12 that was dealth with through revdel and one was a G6 (move) so was actually deleted. 6-   . My wikipedia account is over 90 days old and I have contributed over 500 undeleted edits. I have reviewed the instructions for reviewing articles for creation. I have a good understanding on notability guidelines and deletion policies. Last month I finished NPP School and have been been granted NPP privileges. Before I started NPP School I was a pending changes reviewer. I'm about to start Counter Vandalism training laster this month. I've worked hard to address problems I've found in articles with their respective authors. When I've made mistakes I've taken accountability for my actions and have reached out to the author to let them know of my error example 1, 2. When reviewing articles I take a proactive role in trying to improve them, it's important for our community to help editors make good articles. For example in a recent AfD for The Negro Sailor I worked to improve the article enough to keep it. If there are any questions or concerns please let me know. A user does is not required to be an AFC reviewer to move pages out of the draft space, so if you want to move it go right ahead; you do not need AFCH access. Primefac (talk) 12:35, 17 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"Strongly cautioned" does not mean "forbidden"; if you know what you're doing, and you know you won't waste an NPR's time by moving it to the article space, then there is no reason to wait for a formal review. Primefac (talk) 16:11, 17 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

0xDeadbeef yes I do. Whatever user rights I do have and shall have, I shall maintain as per rules. Moreover, creating pages through AfC is now a real fun for me. I am really enjoying AfC. And as per rule, I have created double numbers of required pages and learned how should a reviewer do while reviewing. I have now learned a lot from these experiences and studying all criteria of notability. I shall be careful with good faith if the access is provided to me. Rest, decisions are always on the staff. @NeverTry4Me AFC reviewer isn't exactly a userright that will show up in Special:UserRights/NeverTry4Me and as such will not show up in xtools. Instead it is only a list that the software checks every time someone tries to access the helper script and will block access if the username isn't on the list. This is why if you have a rename you need to be re-added to the list, and I believe this is similar to the AutoWikiBrowser's system. Justiyaya 03:22, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Justiyaya:, thanking you for your reply, I wanted to say the other users' XTools are showing as this and this. One editor raised this concern while I declined his draft as the draft had no reliable citations. Regards- - Signed by NeverTry4Me Talk 04:56, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@NeverTry4Me I believe they both are new page reviewers, which is different than AFC. I don't have the flag so if you look at my xtools you can't see it. Justiyaya 05:30, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not done, with further apologies for the mixup, I had missed some major red flags, most significant of which being that you are actually prohibited from creating mainspace articles. Primefac (talk) 06:45, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Primefac: Well, your mentioned "red flags" never said about AfC reviewer applying. You removed me, but the questioned articles are accepted by other reviewers already. A mild block can't be a barrier where I haven't violated any AfC rule. -✍ NeverTry4Me⛅ C♯ 14:31, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It's not about the AFC rules, it's the ban on creating articles; by creating a draft and then approving it yourself, you are effectively creating an article. If you had chosen to leave your own drafts alone and reviewed other editors' drafts, we wouldn't be in this situation. Primefac (talk) 18:57, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't even notice the membership expired until the script told me and I went looking for an error before realizing 6 months have passed since I reviewed a draft. Technically, I "reviewed" one recently and was about to report Draft:Aidas Arciakov again. I haven't had the time to do actual reviews, but I am often navigating around drafts, so it would be helpful to actually be able to use the script should I see something actionable. —  HELLKNOWZ  TALK 12:52, 1 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now, mainly because of that lack of experience on the notability side of things, but also because of a few draftifications and questions about copyright violations. @user:Primefac Thank you for your response, however all of this were while I was a newbie to Wikipedia as I wasn’t aware one could create from AfC, so I was creating some articles directly, which resulted to that. However in recent times, I’ve not had any article deleted, you could check, all my articles created have all been reviewed as I now understand the rudiments of editing Wikipedia. Just thought to let you know, thank you.

I am actively searching to see how I can help benefit the community. I think AFC is one way to do this. I am looking forward to guiding other users with their articles which are currently in this dreadful backlog. My created articles have landed me the autopatrolled right. With the knowledge of how content should be handled I think I'm a good candidate. Akim Ernest (talk) 19:50, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Just a note this user has pretty minimal experience in mainspace or otherwise and multiple open perm requests without logical reasoning. PRAXIDICAE🌈 19:51, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
How is my reasoning not logical? This sounds like a robotic response. Akim Ernest (talk) 19:55, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • I'm trying to figure out how you got the autopatrolled bit, considering most of your creations are stubs, except for two that were deleted. Aaron Duncan was CSD G4 /G11, and Akim Ernest was deleted via CSD A7, as it was about YOU; a vanity article. This means I would be against you getting any bit and would request other admin consider removing the autopatrolled bit. Stephen is who granted the bit, and I would ask he review his action if he is around. Dennis Brown - 20:40, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    My Mistakes
You are correct @Dennis Brown I have made some mistakes not going to run away from it. Aaron Duncan was one of them and of course me creating one in my name. I was fairly new to creating and editing. Please note I wasn't as involved or had enough experience during the time of those articles. Of course I don't qualify for a Wikipedia Page after looking deeper into what qualifies suitable for Wikipedia and it's main space. I started off at secondary school where I edited my school Wikipedia Castries Comprehensive Secondary School. I did break some structural elements back then as I really did not have any idea about what I was doing. I was corrected by Gene93k.
    My Development
I have learned from those mistakes and I'm still learning how to be the best Wikipedian I can be. I understand you are appall to Stephen granting me the autopatrolled right but as you can see there has been no reoccurrence of any issues regarding my articles and no misuse of the privilege's given to me as being autopatrolled.
I am looking forward to continuing my growth in voluntary work and I thank you @Dennis Brown for your remarks even if I don't concur with you. If you have any tips or resources you can provide to help me in my growth I would greatly appreciate it.
One Link Bless Akim Ernest (talk) 21:17, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The problem is, the autopatrol bit should not be a simple bit to get. I think I had 20-25 real articles created before I got it, many years ago. And the fact that you created a vanity article on yourself disqualifies you from having the bit for some time. In my eyes, you shouldn't have it until you've have created at least a dozen actual articles that aren't stubs. And you don't need to be working in AFC, deciding for others which articles are accepted or not. I'm guessing you mean well, but you don't even have 800 edits yet. The best way you can help the encyclopedia is to learn the policies like WP:GNG, WP:V and write some articles that are more than stubs, and that clearly meet the criteria for inclusion. You simply don't have enough experience yet for either bit. If Stephen doesn't reply soon and dissuade me, I'm likely to remove the bit myself. Dennis Brown - 21:26, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I would love to keep the bit but such a decision is not up to me. Thanks for your feedback. Akim Ernest (talk) 21:31, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Not done and I've removed autopatrolled. You seem to be hat collecting, which isn't how you can best help the encyclopedia. You need to learn more, edit more, create a few actual articles, then I would have no problem with you having the bits, but you simply aren't experienced enough. Having more bits doesn't make you a better contributor, making good edits does. Dennis Brown - 21:38, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Some weeks ago S0091 asked me whether I had thought of becoming an AfC reviewer. I have been doing a lot of anti-vandal work, and at some point focused on new page patrolling. I've been tagging some drafts for speedy deletion for various reasons (mainly utter promotion or hoax). However, every now and then I also come across drafts pending review that look like a good start but aren't quite up to the required standard. I would say I have a good understanding of our guidelines and policies, incl. on notability, (speedy)-deletion, paid-editing and sockpuppetry to mention a few. I am part of the GOCE (guild of copyeditors) and I believe that articles (and in this case, drafts) should be improved before they are deleted (with obvious exceptions like copyvios, et cetera). I am also a Teahouse host and am used to communicating with new and/or inexperienced editors (a large demographic of AFC users), as well as showing them relevant guidelines. (This has also given me plenty of connection with WP:COI/PAID editors.) I have created four articles (Compagopiscis, Calcarichelys, Paleollanosaurus, and Pelecymala). I also have a little bit of experience in AFD, though I think I've been voting too safely, something I'm working on. Asparagusus (interaction) 22:39, 13 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I also recently hit that 500 mainspace edits threshold. Let me know if you have any questions, and I'm excited to get started! M4V3R1CK32 (talk) 03:04, 25 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I mostly work in counter-vandalism, but then I stumbled upon a new draft a few weeks ago, and noticed the massive AfC backlog. I looked into it more, and ended up reading through the Wikiproject pages for about an hour. I have recently decided to apply, as I believe I meet the requirements, have read all the instructions and would love to help, especially in order to reduce the queues at WikiProjects Australia and Melbourne. However, I am happy to work more in XfD and other relevant areas if necessary, but would be grateful to begin contributing now. Thanks, echidnaLives - talk - edits 06:10, 26 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I often browse the Special:NewPagesFeed for drafts eligible for CSD, though I frequently notice drafts that are not eligible for CSD but should be reviewed and either accepted or declined. Access to the AfC script would allow me to reduce the currently extreme backlog by reviewing drafts ineligible for CSD. – dudhhr talk contribs (he/they) 15:52, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I have been editing Wikipedia for quite a while now, majorly in the recent changes area and doing counter-vandalism work. I look forward to join other Wikiprojects to diversify my editing and gaining experience in different topics. I think I have a good understanding of the reviewing process of AfC and would like to help review and clear the backlog here. I also review pending changes and have both the reviewer & the rollbacker rights. I was going to apply sooner but refrained from doing so and spent that time looking over the contributions of other AfC reviewers and occasionally going through New Pages log. Hope you will deem me worthy. ❯❯❯ Raydann(Talk) 09:48, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:Blaze Wolf

Hello! I'm wanting to become an AFC reviewer to help me out in the various areas in Wikipedia I help out in (Teahouse, anti-vandalism, AFD, helping out new users, and probably more), as well as help reduce the backlog some and help new users understand a bit more why their pages were declined. Sometimes I've come across drafts that have been submitted that I see are obviously not ready for mainspace, but have not been able to do much about it as a normal user. I've read through WP:AFCR and understand most of it (some of the wording at WP:AFCSTANDARDS confuses me a little, however I understand it enough to get the general idea). I'm mostly able to respond any questions a user might have in a timely manner (tho I may be busy at times due to things in IRL) and have a pretty good understanding of the notability criteria and deletion criteria (including what not to vote in AFDs). I've had some participation in the project before with helping revise some of the AFC decline messages to be a bit clearer as to what they describe. If there are still questions about whether I'm fit to become an AFC reviewer I have already received support from a current AFC reviewer (see User talk:Timtrent#AFC). ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 19:03, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I'm requesting to join this project again (first one at Special:PermanentLink/1126664067#User:Raydann) as I believe I meet the eligibility criterions now. I have thoroughly read and understood the reviewing policies and can assure that I can be trusted with the AFCH tool. My contributions are clean and I seldom run into any dispute over the quality of my edits (a majority of them are reverting vandalism, but I have never run into any false positives, except at this one instance, which is not even entirely a false positive). Anyways, I believe I can provide good judgement while reviewing articles for creation. Thanks! ❯❯❯ Raydann(Talk) 17:03, 10 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
