Recognition of my work

Within WMF projects

  • I have been awarded the following barnstars:
    • Categorization
    • Energy
    • Random Acts of Kindness

Outside of WMF projects

  • Pasternack, Alex (January 14, 2021). "As a mob attacked the Capitol, a crowd built Wikipedia". Fast Company. Retrieved March 22, 2021.{{cite news}}: CS1 maint: url-status (link)
    • I was indirectly mentioned in this news article about the January 6 United States Capitol attack (then titled "2021 storming of the United States Capitol"), as I moved the page from "January 2021 Donald Trump rally" to "January 2021 United States Capitol protests".
    • I was incorrectly referred to as an admin by the news article, possibly due to the writer's misconception that only admins can move pages.
  • Jordan, Cash (November 20, 2023). "New Yorker's Won't Buy EVs… Why?". Retrieved November 20, 2023 – via YouTube.
    • At 1:00: "And in New York City, only 21 hundred [sic] of the city's registered two million vehicles are electric vehicles, which means that only 1% of New Yorkers who own cars bought an electric car."
    • I believe that he means 21 thousand, which would be the correct number for the 1% calculation.
    • The Wikipedia page Plug-in electric vehicles in New York (state), which I wrote, gave this number verbatim. The data was from March 2022 (20 months earlier), and there had been more recent figures published, so it is likely that he just read the page.
    • The page has since been updated.
