Talk:Fuddruckers

Idiocracy

I see in the archives that editers keep taking out this but I honestly don't see why. Its not just that it was in a movie. It was heavily featured in the movie and was more likely than not a paid product placement. At the very least the company approved the use of their name and logo for libel reasons. Its clearly a notable part of fuddruckers history. For example, the "Who wants to be a millionare" page mentions the movie Slumdog Millionaire. The white castle page mentions the harold and kumar movies. ect. 24.207.131.20 (talk) 07:55, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Because passing references in unrelated media are discouraged. That is why we remove it. Furthermore, most articles have removed said trivia - including the White Castle article. If you want to understand why please see wp:trivia and the essay on handling trivia. Jeremy (blah blahI did it!) 20:20, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Could somebody figure out the real origin and post it? Rogerdpack (talk) 00:40, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I assume you mean the origin of the name. This blog was as close as I could get. Kuru (talk) 01:23, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
