While the clay pot might be traditional, theres plenty of cafes that serve Cafe de Olla and I've never seen a single one using a clay brewing vessel. Not to mention if cleaned properly, fired clay shouldn't impart any flavor. 73.182.96.86 (talk) 17:03, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
