Darkhazineh (Persian: درخزينه, also Romanized as Darkhazīneh and Dar-i-Khazineh)^[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Shahid Modarres Rural District of the Central District of Shushtar County, Khuzestan province, Iran.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 459 in 96 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 237 people in 65 households.^[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 291 people in 80 households.^[2]
