Guriyeh (Persian: گوريه, also Romanized as Gūrīyeh and Gūreyeh)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Shoaybiyeh District of Shushtar County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Shoaybiyeh-ye Gharbi Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,366 in 471 households, when it was a village in Shoaybiyeh-ye Gharbi Rural District of what was then named Shadravan District.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,991 people in 579 households,[7] by which time the village had been elevated to the status of a city and the district's name had changed to Shoaybiyeh District.[8] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,890 people in 697 households.[2]
