Damen District (Persian: بخش دامن) is in Iranshahr County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Zehlenfan,[2] whose population at the National Census of 2016 was 521 people in 130 households.[3]
After the census, Damen Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Damen District, which was divided into two rural districts and no cities.[2]
