Hamun County (Persian: شهرستان هامون) is in Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the city of Mohammadabad.[4]

In September 2013, Shib Ab District was separated from Zabol County in the establishment of Hamun County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Mohammadabad as its capital.[4]

At the 2016 census, the county's population was 41,017 in 11,380 households.[2]
