Brand new account popping up to create content related to Draft:BJ Sam at that page as well as Draft:Sammy wonder and Draft:BJ Sam (Sammy Wonder), following the pattern of prior socks showing up to promote this artist.   • Technically this is pretty likely. Both accounts (master and proposed sock) are dotting about a bunch of different IP ranges, but they all geolocate to the same place, and they look alike in other ways. I don't see any others, but given the way they jump ranges there might easily be others I can't see - come back if you see any more. Blocking and tagging, closing.     I have followed S7070 to frwiki, and see they are active there with w:fr:Utilisateur:S7070/Brouillon, which is a draft for BJ Sam. Please will the SPI team alert their French counterparts, or consider whether we have reached the threshold for Global Locks. This one is pretty cut-and-dried, especially as they specifically say they are a sock. They mention also that they are the subject of the relevant articles. Might be a good idea to salt the draft pages, since that would likely stop all of this from continuing (and maybe the article-space ones with a link to this SPI just to let others know?). Like at least one previous sock, Lo9999* showed up at the Teahouse to ask about approval of a draft on BJ Sam which they've created on the IP's talk page. The IP had previously posted a similar draft, which was subsequently removed. User:Aniekan7777/sandbox/BJ Sam has a non-deleted example of a previous version of this draft, if that's at all useful.
