Spam redirect, useless ExtremeRobot (talk) 23:17, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep: The redirect is due to the title of the YouTube video, mentioned in the In popular culture section of the article. However, the redirect may be better placed leading directly to that section. --SnorlaxMonster 10:29, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep and refine target to the "In popular culture" section per Snorlax Monster where the viral video by this name is discussed. The redirect was viewed over 100 times in April and over 200 in March so it is extremely far from useless. Thryduulf (talk) 18:22, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Wait, should this be a disambig between What's Up? (song) and Hey Ya!? Just saying :) Ego White Tray (talk) 03:56, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • I don't believe that "HEYYEYAAEYAAAEYAEYAA" has ever referred to "Hey Ya!", so I don't see the need for it. --SnorlaxMonster 08:34, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please delete this typo-redirect – this would be a {{db-redirtypo}} except that it is not of recent creation. – PAINE ELLSWORTH CLIMAX! 21:38, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete In my opinion, the typo is implausible. - Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 21:58, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Not a typo; see here. It's a different kind of abbreviation, and Washington used it for himself. Nyttend (talk) 13:57, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • Is it some weird umlaut thing? -- 65.94.76.126 (talk) 01:11, 4 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Nyttend. The stats show that it is used 6-8 times most months, which is greater than background noise (3-4 hits/month) meaning that deletion would inconvenience people while bringing no benefit. Thryduulf (talk) 18:26, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • 3.1415Pi (links to redirect • history • stats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ]
  • 3.141592Pi (links to redirect • history • stats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ]
  • 3.1415926Pi (links to redirect • history • stats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ]

All of these are incorrect approximations of Pi, and should be 3.1416, 3.141593, and 3.1415927, respectively. These redirects should all be deleted due to being inaccurate. SnorlaxMonster 11:22, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete due to inaccuracies. - Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 21:57, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment – It's almost as if "pi" has been misspelled !-) – PAINE ELLSWORTH CLIMAX! 22:10, 2 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep all 3.141592653589793, if you truncate this, you will get each of the above redirects. And they are usable, if you copy and paste the number into search box, but don't select the full length term. Indeed if someone programmed a program to display a truncated length string instead of rounding the term, then these will appear as the outputs. Further, if they take 1/2 and round down instead of up, then the last two are acceptable anyways. Mark them as {{R from typo}} -- 65.94.76.126 (talk) 05:21, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    • Whether you round 1/2 up or down isn't going to affect it. Pi is an unending decimal, so all instances of the digit 5 must be rounded up due to being greater than 5 (although only one of the two you mentioned uses the digit 5 anyway). --SnorlaxMonster 10:29, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep all. Wikipedia is not only for those who know maths - truncation is just as (if not more) logical for the lay person than rounding. The stats show that these are all used, the first particularly, so their deletion would inconvenience people for no benefit. Tagging as a {{R from misspelling}} seems a good idea. Thryduulf (talk) 18:31, 3 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep per Thryduulf.--Lenticel (talk) 02:31, 6 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
