No mention of this term at target article, in fact it seems to refer to gifted education, which is the other end of the spectrum from what generally falls under "special education" but at a glance I don't see the term there either. ESE (Exceptional Education & Student Services) apparently refers to a program in the State of Florida to help school districts to help students with different needs than most, including disabled, gifted, ADHD, hospitalized, etc http://www.fldoe.org/ese/ese-home.asp .However, one program in one state does not a synonym make. I say delete unless someone can find a target article that describes programs similar to Florida's program. Ego White Tray (talk) 03:19, 28 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete and replace with Exceptional Student Education at the ESE disambiguation page (which is supposed to fully expand acronyms and initialisms). If [[ESE (teaching) is kept then it and Exceptional Student Education should be redirected to Gifted education - redirecting to Special education is simply wrong.
