• Strong Delete This needs to be a redlink so people who view the list know that person does not have an article. Having redlinks help people to create non-existent articles, while leaving this blue-linked back to the same list where he is mentioned is pointless. • Keep for precisely the reasons stated immediately above by Tavix (and magnified by Polarpanda). Currently, there doesn't appear to be sufficient evidence of Pang's meeting WP:BIO; thus the creation of a redlink would not be an appropriate action.
