The result of the discussion was: Delete, clear WP:NFCC#1 violation. As stated below, we have free alternatives available -FASTILY 00:20, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I found a possible NASA-made free alternative. [1] I could find no evidence it is from any ESA website, but would appreciate another pair of eyes. Ixfd64 (talk) 20:35, 15 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's not clearly from NASA though? Most images of Planck are from ESA. I'm not sure we need a fair use image, though - I've taken various photos of models of the spacecraft, at commons:Category:Planck (spacecraft), couldn't one of those be used? Thanks.
