@Vensatry: Looking at the recent promoted FLs you seemed to be correct with regards to format. What I was looking at was the Younis Khan's list and that includes the balls in both as well as the strike rate in the Test table. This is also the format for Chris Gayle's, Mohammad Yousuf's, Nathan Astle's and Aravinda de Silva's list but it seems that these are the exception rather than the rule. Nonetheless, I would argue that having the number of balls faced is a vital piece of information that certainty worthy of inclusion. After all, the following articles include it:

• List of Cricket World Cup centuries
• List of ICC World Twenty20 centuries
• List of ICC Champions Trophy centuries
• List of Asia Cup centuries
• List of centuries in Twenty20 International cricket
• The list of centuries in women's Tests, ODIs and T20Is
• List of Indian Premier League centuries
• List of Big Bash League centuries
• List of first-class cricket quadruple centuries and
• All of the list of centuries by ground

So, we seem to be inconsistent across our lists. I would also argue that for someone like Warner, arguably the most aggressive man ever to play Test cricket, we get no sense of how aggressive he is in the Test arena with absence of the balls faced and the strike rate. • @Ianblair23: True, I'm guessing that it was Sahara4u who started this 'trend'. The format used in this list has been adopted from the earliest ones. Agree with your penultimate point, but I don't think we can really set a precedent. Gilly's and Sehwag's lists don't have the balls column.   @Vensatry:, Ok thanks for adding in the strike rate. I did bit of copyediting (diff) cleaning up a few things. The only thing left is could you please directly link to innings in the key and make the no. column sortable. One other thing to note is that Warner has scored three centuries since this nomination was open on New Years Eve. With Warner only just turning 30 he still has many years left him and no doubt the centuries will continue to flow. • Tend to avoid "currently", prefer to use "as of", e.g. for the "current vice-captain" claim.
• "In the next game at the WACA Ground, Perth, he scored 253 runs," avoid "runs" here as it could be interpreted that it was a total of 253 across two innings.
• "year.[e]. " spare full stop.
• Sorting by reverse date, 13 and 14 are out of order (that's the pair of centuries he got in the same match), so you need to do some hidden forced sorting there.
