Nominator's rationale: New cluster of one, two or three-item categories. As always, navigation of Wikipedia is not aided by obsessively filtering everything down into narrow categories of just one or two articles each -- these would be fine if there were a lot of things to file in each of them, but with only seven articles total across these four categories combined, that's too narrow and they don't need to be categorized more specifically than by century until there are a lot more things. I can only deal with categories I've noticed. In this case, I noticed these categories because you left each of them filed in at least one redlinked (i.e. nonexistent) parent category that I had to clean up from the redlinked category report — which means I saw these, and didn't see any others that you might consider equivalent. If this closes with a merge, then obviously you're perfectly free to propose those other categories for similar merges on the same grounds — but I nominated these categories because they were the ones I saw in the process of cleaning up an error you made.   • Keep: This category is to help navigating categories like "shows by language" etc. I know that many people view English as default language simply due to sheer dominance of Hollywood in the Western world, but it is not, and it shouldn't be given such treatment on Wikipedia, and should instead be treated as any other language. That is, it should have its own language category for shows, films, songs, etc. Otherwise, you send the message that English is default language of media, and all other media should go into their own seperate language categories.Artemis Andromeda (talk) 01:33, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Nominator's rationale: Except for these, all other sibling categories in Category:Real estate companies by country are named as "Real estate companies of Country", not "Property companies of Country". Ireland seems to be the one oddity where both categories seem to exist with "real estate" sitting as a subcategory of "property" -- with the added bonus that they're both sitting in the by-country category as sibling categories for the same country. In the other countries, "property" exists instead of "real estate" rather than alongside it, but the divergence has caused several real estate companies in those countries to get left in the Category:Real estate companies parent due to the seeming lack of a country-specific subcategory. Nominator's rationale: These two categories overlap considerably and pretty much serve the same purpose. I know that not all paramilitary organizations are rebel groups but there are no articles in either that can be distinguished in that way. That said I would be opposed the creation of a separate category for the ethnic armed organisations (EAOs) as there is a distinction between them and WWII resistance movements like the Anti-Fascist Organisation.
