An article you recently created, Shadow Financial Secretary to the Treasury, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Do you think that the article about Móstoles deserves a C-Class?

It has been rated as Start-Class, but quite content has been added to it since the last assessment and I think about the possibility of it being rated as C-Class. I would like it to be checked.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Lord Davis of Stamford.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Lord Davis of Stamford.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Notice

The article List of federal judges appointed by Joe Biden has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:TOOSOON, he doesn't take office until January 20 so this will be sitting empty until that time.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ... discospinster talk 15:20, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Criminal cases in the Roberts Court

A tag has been placed on Category:Criminal cases in the Roberts Court requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

Speedy deletion nomination of Yemi Disu

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Yemi Disu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Minister of State for Northern Ireland. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Your contributed article, Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (UK)/meta/color

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (UK)/meta/color. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Template:Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (UK)/meta/color. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Template:Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (UK)/meta/color. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at [[Talk:Template:Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (UK)/meta/color|the article's talk page]].

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Curbon7 (talk) 07:42, 9 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Peter Bottomley

Hi PoliceSheep99. I see that your addition of Peter Bottomley to the LGB Alliance article got removed because the existing references did not support it. You could add it back if you have an additional reference that does support it. I had a quick Google. The first few hits I saw show him attending their conference, and uncritically repeating some parts of their false narrative, but I didn't see a statement of support for them as an organisation. I didn't look very hard though so you may well have something I am unaware of. --DanielRigal (talk) 15:56, 4 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The Right Honourable

Members of the House of Lords use the title "The Right Honourable" if they are not PCs. If they are PCs, they use the PC post-nominal. Alex (talk) 12:01, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Alex B4: That is not correct according to the UK Parliament websiste, nor common sense. Rt. Hon. is used for non-Lords as a title and PC is used for Lords, where Rt. Hon. shouldn't be used with PC. As the Home Office states in their guidance on titles "The House of Lords and the College of Arms have discontinued using the prefix ‘The Right Honourable’, unless the person is a Privy Counsellor." Adding unsourced titles such as this violates WP:BLP. See [1]https://www.parliament.uk/business/lords/whos-in-the-house-of-lords/how-to-address-a-lord/. An article you recently created, 2023 Wakefield Metropolitan District Council election, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 11:30, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

January 2024

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you created or have recently made significant changes to, Shadow Secretary of State for Public Services, Education and Health, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for pages, so it has been blanked and redirected. Three typical reasons for this are that: (1) the article's subject appears to fail our notability guidelines; (2) the article is unsourced; or (3) the sources used in the article are unreliable. The page's history is preserved and it is possible to restore the article: If you believe that this page should remain included on Wikipedia or that this action was taken in error, then you may revert the edit that blanked and redirected the page.

Wikipedia:Your first article has more information about creating articles, and you may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. voorts (talk/contributions) 20:29, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

LGBT politicians in the UK

Hi,

I saw you had added Andrew Muir's position as a Government Minister in NI to the list of LGBT British politicians. However, I was wondering if you could change it so it matches the other graphs about LGBT ministers - Party, Portrait, Name, Constituency, First office held and Year joined

Please could you do the same for the other countries.
