Still not convinced that All American is that notable among the many Fortresses that received heavy damage (there is already a section on Fortress as a symbol which notes they often took substantial damage without being brought down) and kept flying (though I see it broke upon landing) is it more notable than eg eg this one or up there besides the Fortresses with their own articles. Articseahorse: I've just now reverted your edits on the CIB. Two corrections: 1. when you update the url for your reference, be sure to change the "accessdate" in the citation template. You left the old July date unchanged. By putting the date you actually accessed the date you are telling us you looked at that particular citation. 2. Look at WP:DATESNO on how to present dates. (Also, we do not mix dmy and mdy formats in articles. As this is a military related article, dmy is the better (and accepted) format.) I leave it to you to redo the edit IAW these policies. Hell Articseahorse just to let you know I have reverted some of you edits where you have changed the images sizes to a fixed value. Ok my main concern was with pages that had multiple images that they would not line up with their relate section. Also there is the problem of multiple photos causes a problem by invading the article below it. Also having photos of various size right next to each other does not look nice. If there was a set size for all of them it could look more uniformed and professional. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me.

One of the reasons for not fixing the size is that users can define what they want in preferences as not everybody has the same resolution and screen size, what may look bad on your screen may be perfectly allright at a different resolution. MilborneOne (talk) 19:10, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can have them removed due to lack of proof because of the nature of MOH. Also the alleged date of birth is latter then the ending date for some of the medals so even if this was a real person there would be no way that he could have received them.

No. That userpage is not in the WP:NS0. In this case DubaiTerminator is clearly fantasy/fiction. Unless they are personally offensive (e.g., directed towards another person or editor), have copyright problems, are constructed to look like a real page, etc., we leave such pages alone. Of course you can change what is said at the top of each box, so if you want to you could also categorize the medals in each box, you could also create a box for your regular userboxes like your adoption userbox, if you look on my User page you will see I have quite a few userboxes and I have categorized them. Sounds great! One trick I found for improving the trauma content on Wikipedia is to just browse through Category:Traumatology and Category:Injuries looking for stubs that I find interesting and would love to improve. There is an unusually large gap in the text of, the section titled "Imperial era".

Also, there are some more photographs to add to the article, like these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:IIAF_Boeing_707_refuels_IIAF_Boeing_747.jpg and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Iranian_F-4E_Phantom_II_armed_with_AGM-65_Maverick.jpg There is not really enough space in the main article itself, to add more. I therefore suggest that a gallery be added at the end of the article, to place new images. Where are you seeing this gap, according to my view that this is the area with the least amount of space with four photos. If you can make it work I would say go for it. I was looking at the post revolution sections.

While it looks to me like the image is definitely in the public domain, you need to have at least some concrete indication that it is from that time period. THe photo needs to be fix based off of the data from the HRC's website.

The ICM is worn with at least one Service Star to represent a Phase of OIF and not the number of deployments. This is word for word from the Human Resource Command FAQ and for the ICM FAQ. The use of the Service star does not represent the number of deployments.

The BSS/CS are not awarded based on 30 consecutive days or 60 nonconsecutive days. The campaign medal is awarded based on 30 consecutive days or 60 nonconsecutive days, and the BSS/CS is authorized based on one or more days of participation during a designated/named campaign phase. ONLY ONE BSS PER INCLUSIVE PERIOD. A BSS is authorized for each different period the Soldier serves.

If a Soldier deploys numerous times during one particular phase (as do some Special Forces Soldiers), do they qualify for just one BSS/CS or more than one? A BSS is authorized for each campaign in which the Soldier serves. If a Soldier has multiple deployments during the same campaign, he or she would be eligible for only one BSS.

Does a Soldier have at least one Bronze Service Star (BSS) if he/she has an ICM or ACM?

Yes, Soldiers who earn the ICM or ACM will wear at least one BSS.

You know, I posted a talk page comment on ICM about the layout for the ribbons. The side-by-side layout of ribbons and phases is confusing. The image with just the ribbon, without star, makes it worse. So I'm hoping you or other editors can fix it. (For me, I'm just not in a WP:DIY mood right now.) Best regards. – S. The problem with that is I do not have a good answer for that. The images are set to be used for personal awards. A idea would be to separate the photos from the phases. Use ribbon with one star a make a mention that a additional star will be added the person has taken part in a second phase.

I'm not quite sure if this is how you do this but I'll give it a go. My father did a tour in Iraq in '08 and '09 with the United States Navy SEALs. Now, his ribbon has no devices, he only did one tour. You are saying that for one tour someone gets a service star? that is incorrect, you just get the medal, if you do a second tour you get one bronze service star, for three you get two service stars and so on. What Regulations are you using to make the claim that one does not receive a Service Star for a single deployment. I have the line for line statement from HRC that states that the Service Star is awarded per phase an not deployment. That a person can get multi stars on a single deployment.

Articseahorse, you and I have had some interchange in the past, and all it is greatly appreciated. Indeed, I'm glad that you thought of me WRT Danny. Sadly, Danny's userpage was vandalized a short time ago by an IP and two WP:SPAs. Well, this raises concerns with multiple aspects. One, Danny's page is obviously a fantasy and harmless. (I've added a userpage banner, no-index template, and the links he has will not show up as incoming connected links.) I'll watch it and his contributions (if any). (IOW, I'd just leave it as is.) Two, as a WP editor I cannot let vandalism just sit there. While you, I, and other editors may not like what he's posted, that does not excuse vandalizing the page. So I will act to protect it. Three, both you and ComancheDoc identify yourselves as medics. (I was one too in my EM days.) Adding the fact that IP/SPAs attempted changes to Danny's page makes me wonder. Well, I hope you are familiar with WP:SOCK policies. In particular, one part of the SOCK policies deals with WP:MEAT. Articseahorse, we -- you and I -- are here as WP editors and as such we've gotta comply with WP policies even when we do not like what we see. Hi, all IAF magazines are online, issue 141 is at [[1]]. Page 12 says nothing of the sort and throughout the document the MiG-23 is only mentioned in two articles unrelated to the IAF. There is a reference to a lost Kfir on page 13, but that's a well known incident attributed to ground fire. I can't see how this reference can be used to claim MiG-23 victories.
