I've reverted this edit for now, but also started a discussion at WT:AVIATION regarding a possible move.--JetstreamerTalk 16:55, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, this is not true, crew fatigue is just the same unofficial version, but according to the investigation, the accident was due to technical problems "
Official conclusion
According to the final report of the investigation, the cause of the crash of flight SU-5143 was the stalling of the aircraft in a flat tailspin in flight at the height of the practical ceiling with a large flight mass under the influence of high non-standard outside air temperature, low margin of attack angle and engine thrust. In addition, the crew made a number of deviations from the requirements of the RLE, lost speed and failed to pilot the aircraft.
It was also revealed that, on the proposal of the Tupolev Design Bureau and the State Research Institute of Civil Aviation, the flight weight of the Tu-154 was increased from 70 tons at an altitude of 12,500 meters to 86.5 tons for a flight level of 12,100 meters, without taking into account deviations in outside air temperatures from standard ones.
Unofficial versions
There is a widespread version that the crew control mode was widely assigned before the flight, as a result of which the total wakefulness of piloting showed almost 24 hours. According to the investigation report, the crew observed on flight SU-5143 arrived from Tashkent on the same plane (flight SU-175) at 18:18, following in the passenger cabin as service passengers; data on their pre-trip rest in Tashkent is not available.
Due to the fact that the independent speech reaction turned out to be severely damaged, it was not possible to determine exactly whether the state of the crew became still a “special” flight state.
Investigators determined that crew fatigue was a factor in the accident. Цйфыву (talk) 11:14, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Passenger list
So 148 adults plus 52 children equals 200 plus 9 crewmembers is 209 occupants, so why is the passenger count 191? RaceGurram (talk) 00:11, 3 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
