The "human rights in the Soviet Union" wikipedia page is terrible

The human rights in the Soviet Union wikipedia page is shockingly poor, having been subject to a long editing war, with numerous poor usage of citations and a clear violation of neutral POV, especially in comparison to the page for the United States, and it’s frankly quite disturbing that it’s remained this way for so long, given the article has existed for decades.
