Fazelabad (Persian: فاضل آباد, also Romanized as Fāẕelābād; formerly, Feyzabad (Persian: فِيز آباد), also Romanized as Feyzābād)^[3] is a city in Kamalan District of Aliabad County, Golestan province, Iran, serving as the administrative center for Estarabad Rural District.^[4] The people of Fazelabad speak a dialect of Mazanderani language called Katoli.^[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 13,060 in 3,154 households.^[6] The following census in 2011 counted 14,548 people in 4,084 households.^[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 19,461 people in 5,869 households.^[2]
