Zálesie (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈzaːlesɪe]) is a village and municipality in Kežmarok District in the Prešov Region of north Slovakia.

History

In historical records, the village was first mentioned in 1520.

Geography

The municipality is at an altitude of 720 metres (2,360 ft) and covers an area of 4.789 square kilometres (1.849 sq mi). It has a population of about 105.
