I've removed it from numerous articles and with a few exceptions, they were being added into numerous articles by the one user linked above. COI bot report doesn't seem to show this, but so far almost all the original addition is coming from the same user as this example: Special:Diff/520322345

This link supposedly to TsENKI actually links to a bearing seller. TsENKI itself is a legitimate successor entity to a former state agency. I suspect that the link got corrupted in some way when the agency transferred some years ago. Any advice or help in correcting this would be appreciated as this is not my area of expertise.
