Travel guide spam

This should perhaps be reported somewhere else, because I'm not sure it is possible to blacklist anything... but it is very late here and I'd like to document it before I slope off to bed.

Behaviour: Brand-new accounts add a string like "More info: [X] Travel Guide" to various articles about localities, where [X] is the name of the locality. The words "[X] Travel Guide" are a link to a blogspot blog, different for pretty much every edit I've seen and with different country domains, all of which forward to the same domain, 123malikoki.info. Each new account makes two or three edits and is then abandoned so reporting them to AIV is fairly pointless. The recent behaviour I've noticed is using an edit summary claiming to undo a revision by an IP, where the IP has never actually edited the article (so it's clearly just a random IP). Another new account comes along and makes a dummy edit immediately after, to prevent the spammy edit from showing up on watchlists I assume.

Diffs: [1], [2], [3] followed by [4], [5] followed by [6], [7] followed by [8], [9].
