Hello

I added myself to the 'formal project members.' I'm not sure how formal adding ones' self is but I did it anyway.
I'm interested in translating from scratch any article from the Japanese Wikipedia that doesn't exist in the English one.
Please let me know if I'm not doing something 'by-the-book,' or for any other reason!
