This is a notice to let you know about Article alerts, a fully-automated subscription-based news delivery system designed to notify WikiProjects and Taskforces when articles are entering Articles for deletion, Requests for comment, Peer review and other workflows (full list). The reports are updated on a daily basis, and provide brief summaries of what happened, with relevant links to discussion or results when possible. A certain degree of customization is available; WikiProjects and Taskforces can choose which workflows to include, have individual reports generated for each workflow, have deletion discussion transcluded on the reports, and so on. An example of a customized report can be found here.

If you are already subscribed to Article Alerts, it is now easier to report bugs and request new features. We are also in the process of implementing a "news system", which would let projects know about ongoing discussions on a wikipedia-wide level, and other things of interest. The developers also note that some subscribing WikiProjects and Taskforces use the display=none parameter, but forget to give a link to their alert page. Your alert page should be located at "Wikipedia:PROJECT-OR-TASKFORCE-HOMEPAGE/Article alerts". Questions and feedback should be left at Wikipedia talk:Article alerts.

Unreferenced living people articles bot

User:DASHBot/Wikiprojects provides a list, updated daily, of unreferenced living people articles (BLPs) related to your project. There has been a lot of discussion recently about deleting these unreferenced articles, so it is important that these articles are referenced.

The unreferenced articles related to your project can be found at >>>Wikipedia:WikiProject Caribbean/Caribbean Netherlands work group/Unreferenced BLPs<<<

If you do not want this wikiproject to participate, please add your project name to this list.

Thank you. Okip 02:46, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Some not correct!

Several of the articles listed in Category:Netherlands Antilles articles correct after Dissolution have simply changed the verb tense from "is" to "was" and changed other text to include the words "former Netherlands Antilles", without realising that by doing so information about Aruba needs to be added to the text. For example, "The NA consists of Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Maarten, and Statia" would need to be corrected to "The NA consisted of Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Maarten, and Statia, and until 1986 also included Aruba." I've corrected one or two of the articles in this regard, but you may need to go through the others to double-check them! Grutness...wha? 23:01, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Renaming of work group?

Shouldn't we split this work group into groups for Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean Netherlands? Obviously since the country Netherlands Antilles does not exist anymore. (Subzzee (talk) 06:23, 30 November 2015 (UTC))[reply]

As a group you can call them Caribbean Netherlands now, because they still belong to the kingdom of the Netherlands (e.g. Arubans have passports of the kingdom = Dutch passports). Ymnes (talk) 17:15, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Caribbean Netherlands on Dutch Wikinews

@Kww and Gimelthedog: (and others) I don't know if all of you speak Dutch. In that case it may be nice to read that Wikinews in Dutch language has been reopened at July 5th, with much mention of the Caribbean Netherlands. See here. Maybe it's nice to read, contribute or tell friends. Prettige avond! Ymnes (talk) 17:15, 16 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I recently nominated the article 1969 Curaçao uprising for Featured Article status. However, the discussion doesn't seem to be attracting a whole lot of participants. In order to get the ball rolling, I was hoping that some of the experts here might be interested. Feel free to review the article and leave your comments here. Request for information on WP1.0 web tool

Hello and greetings from the maintainers of the WP 1.0 Bot! As you may or may not know, we are currently involved in an overhaul of the bot, in order to make it more modern and maintainable. As part of this process, we will be rewriting the web tool that is part of the project. You might have noticed this tool if you click through the links on the project assessment summary tables.

We'd like to collect information on how the current tool is used by....you! How do you yourself and the other maintainers of your project use the web tool? Which of its features do you need? How frequently do you use these features? And what features is the tool missing that would be useful to you? We have collected all of these questions at this Google form where you can leave your response. Walkerma (talk) 04:24, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
