Welcome to the Saw task force of WikiProject Horror. Some Wikipedians have formed this collaboration resource and group dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of Saw and the organization of information and articles on this topic. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions and various resources; it is hoped that this project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians interested in the topic. If you would like to help, please join the project, enquire on the talk page and see the to-do list below.

Goals

To improve the general standard of articles pertaining to the Saw films.
To establish a style guide in furtherance of this.
To establish a general standard of notability for these articles.
To improve the quality of information within these articles.
To organize information in an efficient and appealing manner.
To get any of the articles to Featured status.

Scope

Any article related to the Saw films; these include the films themselves, as well as related articles such as characters, tie-ins, etc.

Open tasks

News

Saw 3D releases to DVD, Blu-ray, and Digital copy.
Saw 3D earns over $133 million worldwide, breaks series record for best foreign market gross.
Saw 3D released in theaters worldwide.
Saw 2 game announced, page created.
Saw VI promoted to GA class.
Saw VII is scheduled to begin filming on February 8, 2010. Contents to be added to the article can be found here.
Saw: Rebirth was deleted, now a redirect to List of Saw media#Saw: Rebirth.
Number of active members increased to 5. Still maintaining 30 inactive members.
David Tapp promoted to C class.
Saw (video game) promoted to GA status, making it the highest quality Saw article to date.

Only 10 news points featured at one time. Oldest news is deleted after 9 newer points replace it.
