WikiProject Bosnia and Herzegovina , is a WikiProject whose aim is to increase the quality of articles related to Bosnia and Herzegovina . It is chiefly designed to help users collaborate on articles, but also to resolve disputes, and to coordinate work on vandalism clean-up.

What is Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Bosnia and Herzegovina , is a country located in Southeastern Europe . Bordered by Croatia to the north, west and south, Serbia to the east, and Montenegro to the south, Bosnia and Herzegovina is almost landlocked , except for 26 kilometres of the Adriatic Sea coastline. First settled by Illyrians then Slavs later on, the area was under the Ottoman Empire from 1463 to 1878 until it became annexed by Austria-Hungary . Following World War I, Bosnia and Herzegovina was incorporated into Yugoslavia . During the dissolution of Yugoslavia , a referendum for independence was declared and the Bosnian war broke out. By the time peace was achieved in 1995 with the Dayton Agreement , the country was split into two entities, the Bosniak -Croat Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bosnian Serb -led Republika Srpska .
