At Tural Mammadli, a now-deleted promotional article, these accounts were all engaged in removing speedy deletion tags from the article, which are these accounts' only edits. All use the same very unusual statement that the subject "has (number) wikipedias" (I'm not certain what that even means, but it is a very unique and unusual statement that all use). Blackariteam: [1], sock account use of same expression: [2], [3]. Sabuhiguseinov064 has not used that particular expression, but was similarly removing speedy requests [4], and the account's only other edits were to back up Blackariteam at Talk:Sabuhi Huseynov and the associated AfD discussion. While I would be quite comfortable blocking on that behavioral evidence alone, the accounts were created over a period of time and show some sophistication in creating separate accounts to remove speedy tags and back one another at AfD.
