Sawelito was brought to my attention by another admin, who had noticed am unusual pattern of editing for a new account at AfDs. Checks revealed that Sawelito was 
Confirmed to Yamato Taicho, who is exceedingly 
Likely, technically, to Bradford. Looking at the editing: Yamato Taicho's only edit is to Lo que la vida me robó, to which Bradford has been the main contributor since 2014; Sawelito seems to have made some random edits to camouflage their real intent - after a handful of edits to random articles/AfD discussions, they went to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sachin Bishnoi to support Bradford's keep vote.
I don't think this is the first time - looking at a recent deletion discussion that Bradford was involved in, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mani Thawani, I see Editorsinpulso, a six-month-old account that had not edited until it was used to support Bradford's position, and it has not edited since. All of its activity within the checkuser window are from one of the ranges that Bradford habitually uses. I can't say it's confirmed, more like Likely, but I'm blocking as suspected.
