• Pratt & Whitney PW9000 → Pratt & Whitney PW1000G (links to redirect • history • stats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ] 

The page this redirect links to has no content about the PW9000, and the only available source that mentions the PW9000 refers to it as being based on "the company's super fuel-efficent geared turbofan engine", without naming the PW1000G - however it does directly name the F135. [1] It's best if this remains a redlink, IMHO, until more information becomes available (at which point, if this becomes an actual project, an entirely new article will likely be warrented). • Retarget. → Next-Generation Bomber#Recent developments where it is mentioned by nomenclature and briefly described. Since the PW9000 is just a glorified F135, and since it is already one-upped by the PW1000G upgrades, this might make it a doubtful candidate for its own article. This redirect makes no sense: both Beaconsfield High School (Beaconsfield) and Beaconsfield High School are both in places named "Beaconsfield". Beaconsfield High School (Quebec) actually should be the article name, surely. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 01:28, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

• Move. In October 2009 BHS (Quebec) was a stub article that was merged with BHS (Beaconsfield), also a stub article about the same school. That merge should have gone the other direction, and the final article should have been BHS (Quebec). • Move Beaconsfield High School (Beaconsfield) to Beaconsfield High School (Quebec) and history merge in accordance with school disambiguation practice. All the history would then be at Beaconsfield High School (Quebec). If we need to keep Beaconsfield High School (Beaconsfield), and I am not convinced we do, then it would best be as a DAB page, not a redirect, otherwise those looking for the British school would end up in the wrong place.The Whispering Wind (talk) 22:07, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
• Comment this redirect cannot be deleted, it contains the history of a merged article. I suggest moving Beaconsfield High School (Quebec) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) to Beaconsfield High School (Beaconsfield, Quebec) to preserve its edit history at a reasonable location. After these two pages are moved, Beaconsfield High School (Beaconsfield) should become a disambiguation page -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 05:31, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
