The redirect is Template:Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles; it begins with Template:Wikipedia:. If it is intended to be used as a template, the normal way of doing this would be to omit the Template: part, and enclose in double braces; this would be {{Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles}}. But if you do this, it won't transclude the intended page Template:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles but Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles, which is a completely different page. --Redrose64 (talk) 11:11, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
