  • Michelle Obama tops Forbes most powerful women list → Barack Obama (links to redirect • history • stats)     [ Closure: keep/delete ]

Useless (and redirects to the wrong page). — CharlieEchoTango — 23:58, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • delete: falls under "implausible", but also "The redirect makes no sense, such as redirecting Apple to Orange" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ohspite (talkcontribs) 04:56, 23 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete - Implausible search term with only just a little bit above the background noise. Perhaps these are people who see it as a completion in the search box and were curious. We've got nothing to show them so we can live without this article. —mako 16:42, 23 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ENVI software

The result of the discussion was Keep Redirect is a plausible alternate search term. If an article recreated in the future, the redirect can be retargeted. Alpha_Quadrant (talk) 18:31, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete: This page was originally misnamed. It should (and did) logically redirect to ENVI (software), but that page itself is now a redirect to ITT Visual Information Solutions#ENVI. This redirect should be deleted to avoid further in case the ENVI (software) page becomes an actual article. Ohspite (talk) 19:49, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep If the ENVI (software) page comes into existence, we can just retarget this one when that happens. If not, there's nothing to worry about. If ENVI (software) didn't have significant history, I'd say delete that because it's an implausible redirect. --NYKevin @921, i.e. 21:05, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • ENVI software is the implausible redirect, not ENVI (software) (following Wikipedia:Disambiguation). Also, ENVI software has no real history. Ohspite (talk) 22:01, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
      • Why is this implausible? --NYKevin @998, i.e. 22:57, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
        • "ENVI software" isn't the title of the program, so "software" should be in parenthesis (see WP:NCDAB). I admit "implausible" isn't exactly the right word, but "ENVI (software)" is the correct disambiguation. Ohspite (talk) 06:01, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was No longer a redirect. RFD closed. --Rifleman 82 (talk) 15:27, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Points to a page that hasn't got to do much with the redir title except that it is related to iron. This has messed up langlinks across 7 or 8 Wikipedias. (I tried to fix this but I'm pretty sure I failed.) Can't find an appropriate target. ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 15:50, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per WP:RED. We really, really do need an article on this subject. Bridgeplayer (talk) 22:03, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete per nom. I also posted a request at WP:CHEMISTRY, I hope they'll be able to create an article on the subject.--Lenticel (talk) 03:02, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment. I've replaced the redirect by a stub.  --Lambiam 09:01, 25 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Pinch Test

The result of the discussion was retarget to Body fat percentage#Skinfold methods. Salvio Let's talk about it! 10:33, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This redirect was created in response to a hoax. If anything, pinch test should redirect to Skinfold body fat tests, but there's no good way to redirect "Pinch Test". I think deleting the page, as I originally suggested with the hoax page is the best thing to do. Inks.LWC (talk) 07:23, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
