  • I did a bunch of searching around to get to the bottom of this. I found this reference which explains that, surely enough, I Am… Sasha Fierce was tentatively titled Worldwide early on. I've updated the article on I Am… Sasha Fierce#Conception with that information and with the reference. As a result, I think the correct course of action would be to Retarget to I Am… Sasha Fierce. This is particularly justified for Worldwide (Beyoncé album) and Worldwide (Beyonce album) which see at least a trickle of traffic through the redirect every day. The former receives quite a bit (5-15 hits most days). The other nominated redirects receive little more than a a few hits a month so removing them would certainly be less of a problem. That said, even infrequently used redirects do little harm. Retargetted as I've suggested, these are correct and plausible search terms, if not likely to be used often. Nice find on the reference; however, the author could have very well retrieved that info from Wikipedia. These were redirected at the time because of no available sources. However, if retained, the target should definitely be the Sasha Fierce album, and I would still request a delete of Worldwide (third studio album). --Wolfer68 (talk) 06:05, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I think that's unlikely. First, that article predates the first mention in Wikipedia I could find by ~37 weeks. Second, there are other sources -- I included the Muse article because it seemed particularly reliable. Searching for them is tricky because the term "worldwide" is contained on every press release and articles on just about every album by Beyonce. —mako๛ 14:18, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Season 8

Delete Considering how many shows have eight or more seasons, it seems counterproductive to have "Season 8" refer exclusively to SpongeBob SquarePants. Favonian (talk) 12:30, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete -- We discussed this in relation to Season 12 several days ago. That RfD is well on its way to an uncontroversial delete.   • Obvious Delete. This, like Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 4, Season 5, Season 6 and Season 7, shouldn't redirect to an article on a particular TV show.
