Nonsense redirect. This is the last pure nonsense redirects I will nominate for deletion, after the case is closed, I will use speedy delete templates, but I don't know how to do it without copy-pasting from "Recent articles" that are nonsense. Since this redirect apparently occurred due to an ill-thought name for a particular university department, there's been no demonstration of any need for a redirect with a more global meaning. • Support deletion. The subject does not match the redirect. What next? Would Civil AND Coastal Engineering redirect to the University of Florida because they have a department name that combines two general terms?
