Yes sir. Rayshade is "free to use software". The images in question are available the same on the home website as "donated". There is not statement the image is withheld. And the image does not contain a copyright notice.

You should check the image copyright notice in the .gif file where it is supposed to be. You many need special software to check.

(the rules applicable are 1980's software download rules, and it's in RedHat)

I created a page for Rayshade since no one had done so and it is a significant work others copied from.

I think the page is "pro bono" to donators and the author.

If they complain it is not, I am sorry, and wish to edit it in a way which is ameliable to them, if that is what they wish.

Now as to you. I'm unsure your not harassing. What do you know about all this you have not stated ?

Did you get a complaint ?

Or did the complaint originate from yourself ?

I raised this issue. You incorrectly said you were the copyright holder on several images you uploaded. If you're going to start accusing people of harrassing you and hiding information for doing the correct thing and fixing your errors and misinformation, you will not last long here.

As for the images, that they have been donated to the site you got them from does not imply that the authors (or the website) give permission for them to be freely used elsewhere. Therefore, they are not free to use on Wikipedia. Everything else you say above is irrelevant. GDallimore (Talk) 21:08, 11 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
