Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Incorrigible Troll

It's been roughly one-and-a-half years since Incorrigible Troll last disrupted Wikipedia, so I don't think we need to keep this page as per WP:DENY while leaving a potential for recreation if and/or when Incorrigible Troll resumes disruption.

User:ToThAc, please stop bringing things to MfD “per DENY”, as it shows a diametrically incorrect reading of WP:DENY. Take your issues with LTA subpages to WT:SPI. On that page, you’ll find people across the relevant issues. —SmokeyJoe (talk) 22:56, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
