This casefile is essentially blank. I checked the contribs to investigate the modus operandi of this user, but I am not convinced that this is anything but typical vandalism from a shared IP. One of the block log entries claims that this is a school-based IP address, though WHOIS does not identify this IP with a geographic location. –LaundryPizza03 (dc̄) 19:51, 19 August 2019 (UTC)

- Delete - LTA is not for common vandals but for complex abusers whose detection and prevention requires detailed analysis. Based on behaviour I'd call this a {{schoolblock}} IP too, even if it doesn't come up as one, mostly based on adding random nonnotable people's names to articles with "gay" in the title.
