Near-identical copy of [1]. As a government work, it's probably PD (so no copyright issues), but Wikipedia is not a free webhost. King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 03:34, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- Comment - have you engaged the user first before bringing this here? → ROUX ₪ 03:38, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- Oh, I haven't. I'll put this nom on hold while I attempt to contact the user. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 03:42, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
- Comment: An attempt to contact the user has failed. Re-opening. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 18:39, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- Based on this edit, I think the user is just clueless, and thinks that usernames=article titles. Delete I guess. Email a copy to the user first (if they have it enabled). → ROUX ₪ 18:45, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I don't think emailing a copy is necessary; it's available on the PDF link I found. -- King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 18:51, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

- Keep Valid sandbox use (move to Sandbox?) and is likely a place for a person to work on editing skills etc. (though I do not claim to know his or her rationale). Nomination at this time is premature. And perhaps the person intends to use it as a starting point for article creation? Not a violation of userspace -- so Keep. - Move to User:JaxStrong/Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Do not insult newcomers by calling them clueless. Point user to search=Jacksonville+District, especially Jacksonville Historic District and Riverside Historic District (Jacksonville, Florida) and ask him to use his best judgement in improving the encyclopedia. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 23:12, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oh please. It's not an insult, it is a statement of fact; the user appears to think that usernames are article titles. That is about as clueless as you can possibly get on Wikipedia, particularly given the various information about usernames provided during signup. But do go on assuming bad faith, it's so very entertaining to watch. → ROUX ₪ 23:22, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- You might not find it insulting, or had any intent to insult, but where I come from, being called clueless is definately insulting. Try saying "the user hasn't realised the difference between userspace and mainspace" instead of what you said. I trust that you are well aware that it is not uncommon for usersapce to be confused with wikipedia-proper, by non- and new-wikipedians? --SmokeyJoe (talk) 23:38, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
