If you answered YES to one or more of these questions... You're invited to the Wichita Wikpedia Meetup on Saturday June 23, 2012! Join us as we celebrate the 2012 Great American Wiknic. This event is a great opportunity to meet members of the broad and diverse Wikipedia community.
This event is open to anyone in the Wichita, KS area, or surrounding metro areas including Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Topeka, Kansas City, and more! If you can make it to Wichita, you're invited!
Attendees are encouraged to bring a camera to take pictures, a snack, and a blanket or chair.
We ask that all prospective attendees please sign up at the bottom of this page so that we can estimate how many attendees we will have.
Do you have a suggestion for this Meetup, or would you like to help organize it? Please post it on the talk page, or contact an event organizer.
Location
We will meet at Central Riverside Park in Downtown Wichita, KS. The park is situated along the Arkansas river and has its own pond. We will likely meet by the pond (just follow the sidewalk from the parking area); gazebo or circle next to pond.

- 3:30 has been suggested as opposed to 1.
