Where is the dispute?

Who is involved?
What is the dispute?
Jean-Jacques Georges and I have differing views from DCTT on certain points about the infobox at the top. These points are-
- Should the Soviet Union, United States, Wang Jingwei regime, Manchukuo, and Mengjiang be included in the infobox?
- If Soviet Union is included, should it link to Soviet Volunteer Group or Soviet Union
- If United States is included, should it link to 14th Air Force or U.S.A.?
What would you like to change about this?
The conversation needs a focal point so we can try and solve the problem, instead of just reverting each other edits.
How do you think we can help?
I feel informal mediation would help to solve the problem which has been going on for a while by helping understand Wikipedia standards.
