Comprehensive edits analysis
HarveyCarter's disruption began in 2007. His purpose is usually to insult celebrities. He mostly targets Cary Grant, Elvis Presley, John Wayne, Vladimir Putin, among others. After he was indefinitely blocked on Wikipedia, he started to vandalize other websites such as Youtube where he got banned and his sock puppets were blocked for not only offensive language but also for copyright infringements.[1][2]

As of 2015 and 2016, HarveyCarter is using IP accounts and new accounts to start trolling-type discussions on talk pages of articles related to World War II, most commonly advancing pro-Axis viewpoints. He has also been trolling articles relating to the British Empire.

As of June 2017, HarveyCarter uses both IP accounts and named accounts to disrupt Ireland-United States relations and the Donald Trump talk page with BLP violations. See SPI here.
