Dubious {{PD-textlogo}} claim as a similar image at File:Afghanistan Liberation Organization (emblem).png is marked as non-free. Putting it here for discussion because the flag is used in multiple articles, and eligibility for fair use will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis. The sound sample does not support critical commentary, and its omission would not impact on the readability or understandability of the article and therefore WP:NFCC does not apply. Futhermore, the song is from a UK artist who has a British record deal and therefore US copyright law does not apply as it is a British piece of media.
