A slightly cropped version is already available at Commons as File:Capitol Theatre (Melbourne).JPG. This image is redundant. The cropped version makes the building easier to identify and is probably the one that should be kept. Ajpolino (talk) 03:18, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • comment They are actually two separate photos, but taken by the same person on the same day from almost the same place. One is 1,200 × 1,600 pixels, the other is 1,600 × 1,200 pixels so the "cropping" (composition) is different depending on whether you think of the breadth or height of the field of view. This one appears marginally sharper, and better contrast below the verandah. --Scott Davis Talk 04:19, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Somewhat-blurry image of a street vendor and some people outside the Capitol Theatre, Melbourne. No clear enyclopedic purpose. Ajpolino (talk) 03:21, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

File has a PD-text license but elaborate graphics clearly make this PD-text ineligible. Randykitty (talk) 08:18, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I just interested to add the logo. It would be great if anyone help me to upload only the logo. --Hasivetalk • 13:11, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Probably the best solution would be to re-license it to non-free logo and add a fairuse. Salavat (talk) 00:03, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale says the inclusion in the video game where this screenshot is from shows John Tenta's "establishment into the upper echelon of professional wrestlers". While arguably true, that is not a valid reason to use a non-free screenshot of the game in the John Tenta article. The image could be used in the article about the game, but is not appropriate to be used in an article not about that game (John Tenta). X96lee15 (talk) 14:00, 9 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete The screenshot fails WP:NFCC#1 because the sentence, "In 1991, Tenta as Earthquake was portrayed as a feature character in Technos' popular arcade video game WWF WrestleFest.", can replace the image and the screenshot fails WP:NFCC#8 for being decoratively used without critical commentary.
