Duplicated by c:File:GaryJohnson2012.gif at Wikimedia Commons which has a license tag indicating that it is below the threshold of originality. I am only seeing the same simple text locally, so am querying why this needs a Fair Use Rationale at all. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 07:29, 12 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I uploaded that image almost six years ago...I took it direct from his website. He had an almost-identical one for his 2016 primary campaign, before redesigning everything after adding William Weld to the ticket. That one is also listed as not meeting the threshold for originality. But when I uploaded that six years ago, I guess I was being overcautious. It was the very first image I uploaded to the site. It is not missing any permission, this image is of a poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher or the creator of the work depicted. It is to provide critical commentary on the film. Many such posters exist on Wikipedia. For example this. DHSULP (talk) 13:20, 12 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
