The references are inadequate; it should have the specific web address used as a source, rather than linking to the frontpage or search page of an online reference. Page numbers should also be provided if only a specific section of a book is used, as well as publishing information and dates etc. There should also be dates of access for web references. In addition, a featured list should not be "under preparation". Finally, of the 64 links in the list, 32 of them are red. That is half of the links. That is way too many for a list to be useful. Um - South African national cricket captains is not listed in Wikipedia:Featured lists, nor does the talk page include the {{FL}} template.
