Nominator's rationale: Two single-item WP:SMALLCATs created solely to overcategorize one thing. As always, navigation of the Wikipedia is not aided by obsessively microcategorizing everything down to the narrowest possible level as a matter of course even if there's only one thing in the category. These would be fine if there were at least five things to file in each of them, but are not necessary for just one thing, especially given that it's the same one thing in both categories, and that thing was left in the existing Category:Transport in Hobart parent category alongside both of these (but duplicate parent-and-child categorization is also not how things are done either.) Had another look and realized the entirety of Category:Rock music by country (and most of Category:Music by genre and country) is formatted this way so this is a far bigger discussion than I realized.
