The article uses reliable sources. Both the sources are acclaimed publications in India and are owned by world famous organisations. Comment @Sitush and Bishonen: you are the only editors I can think of with experience in Indian related things (or the only ones I see talking about such). Do either of you have any familiarity with this work or an idea if there may be Hindi sources? Fragments like this make me think it could be well known work but I can not find anything to back up that assumption. The line in Guru Gita " Another view is that Guru Gita is part of Viswasara Tantra" cited to the same reference as here and nothing more, is the kind of weaselly wording that makes me think it could be a fringe thing.
