The result was Procedural close.. When all of the participants in a discussion (save one) have been sockpuppets and the one editor who isn't a sockpuppet didn't sign their opinion, I think it is time to close this discussion and start afresh with a new one. No penalty for starting a 2nd AFD after this closure. Liz Read! Talk! 23:10, 1 February 2023 (UTC)

Comment - I’m not familiar with where the promotional point of view could be coming from. But subject article has gained significant coverage from reliable source which passes WP:GNG such as Daily Times (Nigeria), The Punch, San Francisco Examiner, Vanguard (Nigeria), Khaleej Times many but few to mention from my research on Google. Regarding the BLP notability, I think subject passes Basic criteria. Subject passes Keep and if sounds promotional other editors can help I think.— Preceding unsigned comment added by EZYF (talk • contribs) 18:36, 18 January 2023 (UTC) — EZYF (talk · contribs) is a confirmed sock puppet of Gabriel601 (talk · contribs). Spicy (talk) 22:19, 29 January 2023 (UTC)- Delete per WP:SIGCOV. With the exception of the San Francisco Examiner piece, there's a total lack of either substantial coverage or reliable sources.
Keep The subject is notable and has gain enough independent reliable sources as I can see. although requires little cleanup and needs to be added in more categories related to the subject.--Kgbrrb54 (talk) 23:21, 24 January 2023 (UTC)— Kgbrrb54 (talk · contribs) is a confirmed sock puppet of Gabriel601 (talk · contribs). Article biography doesn’t seems to be promotional, meanwhile it has been rated as start-class on its talk page .--Doctorlimp (talk) 18:59, 28 January 2023 (UTC) — Doctorlimp (talk · contribs) is a confirmed sock puppet of Ugbedeg (talk · contribs). Spicy (talk) 22:19, 29 January 2023 (UTC)
