Hello Boomer, my assessment of sources show that the Ulaga Tamil Sangam is better known as the World Tamil Sangam. It was originally proposed by a legendary political leader in India, M. G. Ramachandran;[1][2][3] and later got its building allocated as a museum complex.[4] Now their center in the city of Madurai, inaugurated by another Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, is even considered one of the top tourist destinations.[5] It has been very well covered by various news and media reports: [6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] Most probably, you might have missed the Ulaga > World translation. I did too initially, but was fortunate to understand it on subsequent analysis. I propose we Keep the article and future editors can add further contents, considering the clarification I've provided.
